Stradabella Food Trucks and Custom Mobile Kitchens, a division of Silano Enterprises LLC, was one of the first food truck builders in the Phoenix-Metropolitan area. Founder and President Patrick Simeri was a part of the food truck revolution, having built and operated his own food trucks and trailers long before street food vending hit the Phoenix scene.
