I ensure the quality of small business coaching in the areas of business fundamentals, financial literacy, marketing strategies, website and media creation, strategic planning, SWOT Analysis, business planning, access to capital, skill building, education, and support that our Business Advisors provide to help business owners grow and be successful. I am dedicated to fostering a work environment that is open to fresh ideas and provides clear communication, and team empowerment. I am inspired daily to learn, grow, and give back to our clients, community, and team. I have a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and over 20 years of active duty military experience to provide me with diverse skills and knowledge to successfully lead my team.
