Alternative Capital and Economic Development Roundtable

Please join Prestamos CDFI, Finance New Mexico, The New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority, and the New Mexico Economic Department for an Economic Development Roundtable. The Roundtable will provide information on programs such as New Markets Tax Credits, Capital Magnet Fund, and Low-Income Housing Tax Credits and how these can be accessed to aid in supporting recovery, resiliency, and growth efforts for disadvantaged communities in New Mexico.

We will also look to participants to engender an understanding of what the needs are throughout the communities to be served. The program is offered in both on-site and virtual participation options. Limited on-site seating is available, please register early to reserve your seat.
